site inspection to ensure that the framework results are as accurate as possible. Our reports are site-specific and include:

An assessment of site-specific factors that are important in devising suitable bushfire
mitigation;

An assessment of the extent and location of bushfire hazard areas;

An assessment of the Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) in accordance
with Australian Standard AS 3959-2009 Construction of Buildings in Bushfire-prone Areas;

An assessment against the relevant Council's Planning Scheme and Codes; and,

Recommendations on the design and/or management actions appropriate to minimise or mitigate bushfire hazard.
